The Pittsburgh Police, or officially the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, is the largest law enforcement agency in Western Pennsylvania and the third largest in Pennsylvania, not second as some people would think, due to Pittsburgh’s low crime rate.
This is a second post to the safety blog - just testing here. There is going to be a lot of junk written here because I need to show you the different between a full post (see example of 1st posting) and one the is an excerpt.
This is the first (test) posting to the safety blog. I’m going to just paste something into this space - just see what it will look like….
On 10/21/2008 someone said that they heard, what sounded to be, 10 gunshots at approximate 9 PM. Ther person reporting this incident was in their home, with windows closed, so they weren’t able to tell what direction. 911 was called at 9:01 and a report was filed.
